Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Aztec Construction Services, LLC ("Company") to you, the customer ("Customer"). By signing the contract or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

  1. Payment Terms

    • A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract.

    • Full payment is due upon job completion.

    • In the event of delayed payment, a 5% monthly compound interest will be applied to the outstanding balance until fully settled.

  2. Utilities Provision

    • The Customer shall supply all necessary utilities required for the performance of work.

  3. Labor Warranty

    • A one-year labor warranty is provided.

    • This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural phenomena or normal material deterioration such as cracking or twisting.

  4. Materials Ownership

    • Any surplus materials after project completion remain the property of the Company unless otherwise specified in the contract.

  5. Concrete Patios

    • The Customer acknowledges that all concrete patios may experience cracking and deterioration over time.

  6. Scope of Work

    • The Company will provide materials and labor as described in the contract.

    • Any additional work not specified will incur extra charges unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  7. Color and Material Choices

    • The Company is not responsible for the Customer's choices regarding colors or materials.

  8. Entire Agreement

    • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

    • No other terms or conditions will be recognized unless incorporated into this Agreement.

  9. Project Cancellation

    • Projects may be canceled prior to commencement in accordance with the Company's Cancellation Policy.

  10. Property Damage Liability

    • The Company is not liable for any property damage caused by vehicles not owned by Aztec Construction Services, LLC.

  11. Acknowledgment of Terms

    • By signing, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement.

    • If unclear, the Customer should seek legal counsel before signing.

  12. Material Deterioration

    • The Customer understands that lumber and other materials may crack, twist, or deteriorate over time, which is not covered under warranty.

  13. Landscaping and Grass Damage

    • The Customer acknowledges that landscaping or grass damage may occur during the project, which is not covered under warranty.

  14. Moving Personal Items

    • The Company is not responsible for any damage caused while moving furniture, grills, equipment, or other personal items.

  15. Project Delays

    • The Customer understands that project delays may occur due to weather conditions, city permitting issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  16. Restoration Services

    • Restoration services will be charged based on the amount of equipment and personnel required.

  17. Multiple Teams and Professionals

    • Remodeling projects may involve multiple teams or professionals, which could result in delays between phases.

  18. Customer's Responsibility

    • It is the Customer's responsibility to remove or secure any breakables or personal belongings from the work area.

    • The Company assumes no liability for damaged objects left on-site.

  19. Final Approval

    • Aztec Construction Services, LLC reserves the right for final approval on all aspects of the project.

  20. Modifications to Scope of Work

    • Any changes or modifications must be documented and approved in writing by both parties before execution.

  21. Subcontracting

    • The Company reserves the right to subcontract any portion of the work to qualified third parties.

  22. Property Access

    • The Customer agrees to provide access to the property during established working hours to facilitate timely project completion.

  23. Non-Solicitation

    • The Customer agrees not to hire any employee or member of the Company during the project's duration and the labor warranty period following completion.

  24. Promotions and Communications

    • By signing this Agreement, the Customer consents to receive promotions, updates, and communications related to new or existing projects from the Company.

  25. Cancellation Policy

    • The Customer agrees to adhere to the Company's Cancellation Policy, a copy of which can be obtained upon request at any time during the project.
